Apply to Upper School (Grades 9-12)
We welcome your application to our Upper School. Our priority date for submittal of all admission materials is November 13. Any files that come in after will be considered on a rolling basis and based on spaces available in the grade.
Application Process
Thank you for your interest in University School of Milwaukee. Please complete the application steps below. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Enrollment Management at admissions@usmk12.org or 414.540.3320.
- Go to Ravenna and create an account and student profile (you will need to select University School from the school directory to access the admissions checklist)
- Submit your online application through Ravenna.
- After the application has been submitted, you will be able to schedule your virtual interview in Ravenna.
- Complete the student essays found in your Ravenna account.
- Student must complete the SSAT Character Snapshot Assessment.
- Submit the student information release form (found on Ravenna) to your child's current school.
- Send recommendation form/s (found on Ravenna) to your child's current teachers.
